2. Opportunity Identification
and Prioritisation

3. Action Planning Workshop

4. Monthly Progress Check-ins

Every month, we'll meet in person or by video, to work through roadblocks and adjust plans as circumstances change. This is the engine room of the program. Consistent, candid, focused conversations that keep momentum going and maintains accountability.

5. GRBA Review:
six month mark

At the halfway point, we run a structured progress assessment against your initial GRBA baseline. This isn't a check-in...it's a scored review that reveals what's shifted, what still needs work, and whether priorities need to be recalibrated before the second half of the program.

6. GRBA Growth Review:
twelve month mark

At the end of the program, we run the GRBA again, measuring your progress and building a clear picture of what you've achieved. We'll make sure you celebrate that progress and work with you to answer the question every successful business owner eventually faces: what's next?

A few things people usually ask
Do we need to have done the GRBA first?
The GRBA is the starting point for the program, so if you haven't done it yet, we won't have the baseline data needed to make sound judgments about where you're at right now. If you've already completed a GRBA, we'll use those results as the foundation for your program.
How much time do we need to commit to the program?
The core commitment is a monthly session of roughly 60 - 90 minutes, plus the time you invest in executing your action plan between sessions. The program is designed to work as an enhancement to how you grow your business, not to add another layer of focus.
What happens at the end of 12 months?
The twelve-month GRBA Growth Review gives you a clear picture of the progress you've made towards your growth objectives and what comes next. Some clients choose to continue with an ongoing advisory arrangement, while others are comfortable to move on independently. We'll help you work out what makes sense for you when you reach that point.
How is this different from hiring a "business coach"?
A few ways. The Growth Breakthrough Program is built on the data gathered from a structured business assessment, so everything we work on is grounded in evidence about your specific business. We don't work to a framework that's applied to every client. Our advisers bring decades of real business experience and their objective is to help shape how you think about your business in the context of growth.
